At the Veterinary Clinic where she was treated, they discovered that she was suffering from some sort of infection that was believed to have caused tissue loss around her mouth. Princess Catherine decided to step in and help the little kitten as soon as she heard her story despite her poor health and unkempt appearance.

As soon as the kitten saw Princess Catherine, she approached her looking for affection. They said that the kitten was too small and would not last long but it continued without much thought. Princess Catherine decided to give the kitten a fighting chance and despite all the hardships, she took her home to care for her.

There, Princess Catherine gave the kitten some space to be comfortable and began the recovery process. The kitten was named zombie. Princess Catherine cleaned the dirt off her body and tended to the wound in her mouth determined to help her heal, unfortunately due to the infections he suffered, Zombie's mouth was twisted, the road to recovery was long but thanks to the love and care of his caregivers, she overcame all obstacles.

Little by little, thanks to the medicine and care of Princess Catherine, the zombie was able to eat on its own after a long time and showed no pain in the process, the cat was so grateful that it kept purring and smiling as the weeks passed, two lower molars were extracted making it easier for him to eat, Princess Catherine was pleased and proud to witness the recovery of her brave cat, now free from Harm's Way, they could focus on healing not only the wounds on his body but also the wounds inside his body.

After 2 months of recovery, Zombie had a well-deserved day at the spa and the good news that he will be an official member of Princess Catherine's family, he has now become one of the resident kittens in the house, finally, Zombie's life is all he ever wanted, he has a loving family and dedicated people to care for him, and now he just hopes to continue living his cat life to the fullest.
