This comes shortly after Duchess Catherine quietly resumed work following her health recovery. Reports suggest that Prince William and Duchess Catherine have completed and filed the necessary paperwork with the Patent Office.

The US trademark is in preparation for the launch of their Royal Foundation charity in the country. Prince William initially applied for a trademark focused on mental health initiatives in May last year.

But work on the project was reportedly put on hold while Kate was ill. A palace source told Tatler magazine that the reorganization efforts were routine internal matters, but it was seen as an encouraging development in light of Duchess Catherine's recovery.

Earlier this month, Duchess Catherine shared via a private palace video that she had officially completed her health clearance and looked forward to returning to her duties when she felt better. Her public engagements are beginning to resume.

Notably, she made her first official appearance on the Court’s circular this year by hosting a meeting with members of the Children’s Centre team. Additionally, she is reportedly planning her annual televised Christmas Carol concert at Westminster Abbey.
